Agreement on processing of personal data

By acceding to this Agreement and leaving his data on the website utbike.com (hereinafter - the Site), by filling in the fields of the online application, the User

Confirms that all the data he/she has provided belong to him/her personally,
Acknowledges and acknowledges that he/she has carefully and fully read
Agreement and terms of processing of his personal data indicated in the fields of the online application, the text of the agreement and the terms of processing of personal data he understands;
agrees to the processing of personal data provided by the Site as part of the information for the purpose of the conclusion between him and the Site of this Agreement, as well as its subsequent implementation;
agrees to the terms of personal data processing without reservations or limitations.
agrees to the terms of use of the rental service and applicable tariffs

The User gives its consent to the processing of its personal data, namely the performance of the actions stipulated in clause 3. 3 ч. Article 3 Part 1 of the Federal Law of 27.07.2006 N 152-FZ "On Personal Data" and confirms that by giving such consent he acts freely, of his own free will and in his own interest.

User's consent to the processing of personal data is specific, informed and conscious.

This consent of the User is deemed to be executed in simple written form, for the processing of the following personal data: surname, first name, patronymic; year of birth; place of residence (city, region); telephone numbers; e-mail addresses (E-mail).

User, gives utbike.com the right to perform the following actions (operations) with personal data: collection and accumulation; storage within the prescribed statutory retention period reporting, but not less than three years from the date of termination of service by the user; clarification (update, modification); use; destruction; depersonalization; transfer by court order, including, to third parties, in compliance with measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access.

This consent is valid indefinitely from the date of delivery of data and may be revoked by you by filing an application to the administration of the site, indicating the data specified in Art. 14 of the Law "On Personal Data".

Withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data can be made by sending a corresponding order in simple written form to the e-mail address mail@utbike.com.

The Site is not responsible for the use (both legal and illegal) by third parties of the Information posted by the User on the Site, including its reproduction and distribution, carried out by all possible means.

The Site has the right to make changes to this Agreement. The date of the last update shall be specified when making changes in the current edition. The new version of the Agreement comes into force from the moment of its posting, unless otherwise provided by the new version of the Agreement.

The current version is always available at https://utbike.com/page/user_agreement. 

This Agreement and the relations between the User and the Site, arising in connection to the application of the Agreement shall be governed by the law of the Russian Federation.
